Previously known as Doppler Studios, is Atlanta's oldest recording studio regarded as the Mecca of music.
In 1985, a 10,000-square-foot addition was built, housing Studios E & F; Studio E was designed by George Augspurger (of Perception Inc. in Los Angeles, CA), the acoustical engineer who designed the main monitor speakers in Studios A & E and also redesigned several other rooms at Doppler. The seventh room, Studio G (also designed by Augspurger), was added in 1995.
Doppler has recorded music for worldwide renown and top billboard artists, & has welcomed the film and television entertainment, athletes and politicians.
There have been over 300 artists that have left their footprint in our studios and we are honored to have hosted Tasha Cobbs for her newest album recording of Heart Passion Pursuit as our first recording under Atlanta Doppler Studios in Studio E.
Doppler Studios is famous recording high-profile artists such as Aerosmith, Akon, India. Arie, B-52s, Beyoncé, Mary J. Blige, Jimmy Buffett, Mariah Carey, Aretha Franklin, Whitney Houston, OutKast, Pearl Jam, Gwen Stefani, TLC, Usher, Kanye West, Justin Beaver and Stevie Wonder. Even President Jimmy Carter.
Cartoon Network and FX are a couple of companies that have recorded voice overs for television shows and actors include: Marv Albert, Kevin Bacon, Steven Baldwin, Gene Barry, Faith Evans, Morgan Fairchild, Laurence Fishburne, Roger Davis, and Van Johnson.
